Bio
Mr. Buckallew is a Board Certified Criminal Law Specialist, certified by the State Bar of Arizona. He has extensive trial experience handling the defense of all types of misdemeanor and felony offenses. Mr. Buckallew is not only well versed in criminal law, having earned his law degree (J.D.) from California Western School of Law, where his academic concentration was in criminal litigation, he also holds a Masters of Forensic Science (M.F.S.) degree and is an Associate Member of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences. Having an attorney trained in both the law, and the forensic sciences, is critically important given the growing importance of forensic science in criminal litigation. Whether it is a misdemeanor DUI, simple drug possession, or a major homicide, forensic science will likely play a significant role in your case. Having an attorney who understands the complexity of the science behind the evidence, including the potential weaknesses of the scientific evidence in your case, can help insure that you are properly represented and defended in court.
